Thank you, Sarah. I would love to read it to you sometime! And I love your statement about "every village needs a poet." I am like my town poet mascot. Every time a store has an opening I am like, "Oh, I'll write you all a poem!"

Sometimes prayer looks like this.” Oooh, love this poem, but that line! Will sing in my consciousness today💗

Thank you. You know those moments? The "help," the "please," the "thank you, oh thank you..." Often I have them with car break downs, with sick children, with fires in the kitchen (yes, that is a plural:)...

Thank you. Alas, a holy moment of found while burning breakfast. I had one taking out the garbage, too:)

Love it! This literally happened to me last week, except the smoke alarms DID go off, for a long time 😬 I was making chicken piccata for the first time, and it wasn’t burning, but the oil in the cast iron skillet at a high temp was smoking so much! I opened every window and it still took forever for the smoke to clear. I was quite rattled! But the chicken piccata was a huge hit👍🏻😅

Isn't amazing how suddenly everything in the kitchen can go awry? I tell my family... "fire and knives in here..." so that they understand that I need to actually focus. I gotta say the I read that your chicken piccata was a huge hit I smiled! So glad, right? It's like you went through all that and still got the prize!

Haha, yes, fire and knives! And thank you, I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one that can't multitask while cooking (or anything really!😅)
